The quality and cost for the product is insanely good. My only grief was the crazy long time to get the product. It works moving forward because I know what to expect, but as a new customer, a little better communication as to how long it would take to receive the product would have been a vast improvement. I’m rooting for this company to do well, but their communication needs to improve at the front of the order. Still, this product is OUTSTANDING!
